Whole Wheat Flour, Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin and Folic Acid), Wheat Gluten, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Soybean Oil, Salt, Mono and Diglycerides, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Malted Barley Flour, Calcium Sulfate, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Calcium Peroxide, and Enzymes.
Step 1: In medium mixing bowl, combine 1 tablespoon instant yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 cup hot water. Let the yeast activate until foamy, then add 3 cups bread mix. Mix for 10 minutes in an electric mixer with dough hook, or knead by hand for 15 minutes. Allow dough to rise until doubled in size. Step 2: Form dough into loaf and place in a greased 9″x5″ bread pan. Let dough rise in a warm moist area until dough has doubled in size. Step 3: Bake in a preheated oven at 375˚ F for 18–22 minutes. Turn out of pan, cover with a towel, and cool before slicing. Cooking Suggestion: Add 2 tablespoons brown sugar for a sweeter taste.
